Where listed, all of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

Geelong Digital Security is not responsible for any inadvertent typographical errors in price or product descriptions or errors in graphical product image or pictures.

From time to time we may not be able to supply products that are listed on our website due to a number of potential reasons out of our control such as Shipping delays or consignment errors. If this is the case we will immediately notify you of this situation should you be a paying customer.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP

All content on our website is owned and created by us, or our product suppliers.

On behalf of both our product suppliers and Geelong Digital Security, we claim intellectual property rights for this content and you are not allowed to infringe upon those rights without risking prosecution.

You agree to not use, lift or copy information from this website without our express permission in writing.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We provide information to your on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The information on this website can and may become incorrect as time passes by. We believe the information to be factually correct at the time of publishing.

We cannot guarantee this website will contain the exact same information as a previous visit of yours. We will not be held liable for any changes we make to this website - as we do so at our discretion.

QUOTATIONS

Products and services quoted by us remain eligible for acceptance by customers up to 30 days from the date submitted, after which we reserve the right to alter the quotation. Proper quotations are not possible to do by email or phone, and may require a physical property inspection - which may result in altered (either increased or decreased) prices that are stated on our website. Upon acceptance of the quotation both parties Geelong Digital Security still reserves the right to cancel any contract entered into with a customer.

INSTALLATION

We will notify the customer of our intent to install the agreed upon system, and the customer will make every effort to make the premises available at the agreed day and time. This includes removing furniture and clearing workspace to enable our technicians to complete the job in a timely manner. Should the job require further electrical work, or additional work to complete where not quoted, the customer will be notified and will be required to fulfil this work at their own additional expense.

Safety of our staff is paramount. If we deem the customers premises to be unsafe for installation - we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend installation until the appropriate fixes are made. This could include asbestos or similar hazards including but not limited to infectious or building diseases.

We will take reasonable care to protect the customers premises from damage during installation, however, this is not always possible due to (but not limited to) defects in building materials such as brick, tiles and plaster. If cabling is required to go through plaster, it is up to the customer to restore the damage caused to the plaster. The accepted quotation does not include potential costs for restoring or "making good" the original condition of the painting & decorating of the location where the security system has been installed.

PRODUCT OWNERSHIP

The customers installed products & devices remain the property of Geelong Digital Security until invoices are paid for in full. If in the event that invoices are not paid for in full, we reserve the right to claim from the customer the full cost of labour for both installation and extraction of the systems and its parts, including travel time, and 50% of the cost of the system, as it will then be unable to be re-sold as "new".

INDEMNIFICATION

You understand and agree that you will hold us non-liable for any liability, loss, or expenses including legal fees incurred as a result of you using this site or our services or your inability to comply with these terms and conditions.
